More dogs looking for love

Good Life Dog Rescue is a small charity who care about the welfare of stray dogs at local stray kennels. For many years we have been hands on and have visited the local pounds so we are able to offer and take into care these unwanted dogs. At the moment due to the sheer volume of dogs all over Yorkshire in urgent need we have set up an extra page on our website called "Overflow".

Our aim is to help and divert people to the dogs below who are left waiting at local council kennels and also in need of adoption at other charities. People will need to email in their details or call for more details on the dog. If the dog is not at our charity we can point you in the direction of which charity the dog belongs to. In the future we are hoping to do so much more to offer support via a new website.

Very friendly Greyhound. 7 Years.
Boe is a male Greyhound, born September 2016. He’s an extremely friendly boy, calm and well socialised. He loves his humans and is very affectionate, loves to be stroked and will make a super pet. Greyhounds don’t need a great deal of exercise, just two 30 minute walks a day is sufficient and the rest of the time they are content to lounge around. They make great family pets. Not suitable for rehoming with cats or small furries though.

Jarvis is a cute young male crossbreed, born around April 2022. We think he might be Staffy cross Lurcher type. He’s a typical young dog, full of fun, playful and friendly with everyone he meets.
