MEET HOLLY. ONE VERY ACTIVE, LOVING STAFFY.
This stunning Staffordshire Bull Terrier is Holly. Holly is looking for a new home as she does not get along with the other dog she lives with. She is fully vaccinated and neutered and is a loving Staffy with plenty of energy. Holly loves an adventure and is a comical lady that would be a Staffy fans dream girl. Holly is four years old and her life has been turned upside as she has lived in the same home all her life. She is very active, fun-loving pocket rocket that loves stealing the watering can, the longline lead and anything else that can be entertainment. She is extremely loving when back inside and would like nothing better than a sofa space. Holly has been mixed with other family member dogs and has been amazing and accepting until recently when altercations have arisen. Holly would benefit from off lead fields and love to burn off that energy that Staffords possess. She is very playful, boisterous with the biggest heart. As Staffy owners and lovers will understand these dogs are not for the faint of heart but possess the largest characters and connection with humans. Holly will ignore other dogs on her walks most of the time however she cannot live with other pets. Her squabble with another dog in the home now sadly means that Holly is searching for a new start. WHAT SORT OF HOME DO THE BOYS NEED?
Holly needs a very active home with plenty of exercise and energy burn offs. She loves attention, company and cuddles and will need all of them. Holly needs an owner used to Staffies and someone that accepts not all dogs will be her friend. Experienced owners would be ideal. Holly is full of fun and such a happy girl out of kennels. She would cope with some couch potato time however will need someone with get up and go that loves walking. Holly would be perfect for a Staffy experienced adopter that understands their huge connection to people and their love of walks and exercise. She would not cope with being left for long hours and needs someone that has time to give and the essential company she loves. An enclosed garden would be needed and someone that enjoys an outdoorsy life with plenty of walks and stimulation. Although Holly has been great with certain dogs she now needs a home as the only pet. We feel an adult home is also best suited due to her boisterous nature and we would not place her with small children. We ask people to be aware that we cannot reserve dogs for months at a time. Our charity is small and we have many dogs to care for every day. Our vet bills and kennelling bills are very large. Rehoming is a crucial part of keeping our charity afloat. If you have holidays planned or other commitments please only apply for rescue dogs when your circumstances can provide a home. We would love to hear from any rescue flag flying people as we struggle with a huge amount of unwanted animals. Due to the aftermath of the pandemic stray kennels are full and charities like ours with little help but large running costs are finding it difficult to help such a huge volume of animals. By adopting you will be freeing up a space for another urgent stray dog from a Yorkshire pound. Thank you.

We have many amazing dogs that have fallen on very sad times and found himself homeless and unwanted at stray kennels and in terrible situations. All of them are deserving of a new start and a special home. We help a huge amount of abandoned Staffies and cross breed bull breeds too left waiting at the Yorkshire stray kennels and in very difficult situations.
